Tracking info said item was delivered but it was not!! It was not at my apartment door nor was it in the package/locker room as I checked several times. I called the office at my apartment complex and was told there were no packages addressed to me. Then I tried to call the carrier, Track17, and they said they had nothing to do with Track 17. So I am very unhappy with my experience as I never receives my item!!
